The renovation of a row house in Southeast DC. The floor of the foyer was raised to be flush with the living room to increase the flow and flexibility of the space. The kitchen was completely renovated with custom built-in cabinets, shelves, drawers, wine cooler and desk to organize, optimize use and maximize storage. The master bath was enlarged and renovated. A half-bath and closets were added.
