This is the design of a 58’ diameter circular structure to house an art gallery on the first floor, a lounge on the second floor and a garden patio on the roof. A gently sloped ramp rises from the art gallery to the 2nd floor to reveal an entirely open room with oversize windows almost completely around. A massive domed skylight and circular kitchen are dead center; a fire place, built-in shelves and sofas, billiards table and more provide for an open and flexible space with an abundance of natural light and excellent views. A circular stair provides access to the garden patio on the roof for a fresh and elevated outdoor experience.
